These terms and conditions (The “T&Cs”) apply to this cashback promotional offer (“Promotional Offer”) for the Retailers only, which is sponsored and brought to you by Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills (“Maa Bhagwati Rice”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

To be entitled to the Offer, Retailers need to buy the product and enroll themselves in this Promotional program.

Retailers have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.

The Promotional Offer is a limited-period offer valid only in India subject to the availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.

This Promotional Offer entitles the retailers with cashback credited to a UPI linked account. The value of the cashback will be up to Rs. 500/- in the prescribed / decided ratio. The amount will be credited to the respective Bank Account thru UPI ID or Amazon pay Voucher will be given as per the details received by the retailers. Retailers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cashback voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner's end.

The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift. Also, it cannot be re-validated after the expiry date.

Any no's of vouchers will be accepted and can be redeemed during the offer period, on the same mobile number, email ID, UPI ID and IP address provided once by the retailers at the time of registration. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Maa Bhagwati Rice Flour Mills (P) Ltd and Rewardport promoters, employees, Distributors or any other channel partner except retailers.

The Cashback amount will be credited immediately after submitting the OTP & UPI ID on the claim page subject to all the details submitted are correct and active.

The cashback will not be credited successfully in the following cases,

1. If incorrect UPI ID is submitted,
2. If the beneficiary Bank rejects the transaction due to any reason,
3. Payment Gateway does not accept the UPI ID submitted,
4. UPI ID has been blocked by the banks for any reason,
5. In case the retailers does not get the credit of the amount within 24 to 48 hrs, they can write to us at maabhagwatirice@rewardport.inor contact through whatsapp mentioning their voucher no, Email ID, Mobile No and we will check and revert with the status
6. The retailers cannot claim any compensation in case the cashback has been processed by RewardPort but the transaction has failed for any reason

In no event, UPI partners be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the retailers. Knowingly / unknowingly

The details of the UPI-linked bank account have to be entered by the retailers themselves. If the retailers enters incorrect details, the Voucher will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.

Once the retailers submits the UPI and other details they cannot be modified.

If the Voucher is lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen, a new Voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner.

Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills or Rewardport or UPI partners shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Voucher, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.

UPI partners may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.

“Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue the Promotional Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice."

Each Voucher is strictly a one-time usage code.

By participating in the Promotional Offer, the retailer agrees to allow Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills / RewardPort to contact him for this Promotional offer. Further, the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by RewardPort may be used or shared with Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills for any further analysis / promotion or marketing communications. The participating retailers may, at the request of Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills participates in all promotional activity (Such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating Retailers agree and consent to Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

The decision of Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills or its Partner Agency, as regards the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.

No queries, claims, disputes, complaints or grievances about the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Maa Bhagwati Rice & General Mills and its Partner Agency beyond the closure of the Promotional Offer date i.e. 30th Sept'26

The cashback cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.

The use of UPI Partners name in these terms and conditions is only to explain the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of UPI Partner in this offer. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Rewardport and UPI Partner, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.

This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction. All issues with regards to the CashBack will be handled by Rewardport and Rewardport will be solely responsible to settle the same subject to all the details submitted by the retailers are correct and there is no issue related to that UPI from the Bank of Payment Gateway. However, Rewardport shall not be responsible if any Dealer, Reseller or Bulk Purchaser tries to claim the cash back which they are not eligible for.
